Love, love, love Align Pilates!! The classes are fun and challenging. Nicky and Sheena are great instructors. They really help you to understand the movement, which helps to maximize the exercises. I've been working muscles that I didn't know I had. The studio is also super cute, clean and other class participants are friendly.

Types Of Classes
Form
Form is ideal if you’re new to Pilates or interest in working on body awareness and form because form can always be improved. We cover the basic principles of movement while still challenging your body.
Control
Control takes your Pilates practice to the next level. This moves at a moderate to fast pace and will incorporate advanced and more challenging movements, while still focusing on basic principles.
Energy
Energy is a fast paced and athletic inspired class designed to challenge your regular Pilates practice. We will focus on fast movements and transitions to get your heart rate elevated.
Stretch
Stretch slows it down and gives your body the attention it deserves. Strechy movements will help you restore and realign your body.
