We will require all clients to abide by the following:
You must wait outside until the instructor opens the door for you to enter.
Face coverings must be worn in the studio when you are not on a reformer.
Upon entering the building all clients will have touch-less temperature checks and hands sprayed with hand sanitizer.
Place your belongings on the tray in your station. Please do not leave belongings in the front of the studio.
Socks are required.
We recommend using hand sanitizer before exiting the building.
If you have any symptoms described by the CDC such as a frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, or have been in contact with someone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19 do not come to the studio. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org up to 2 hours before to cancel your class without penalty.
Here are the changes we've made:
Class sizes are modified to a maximum of 6 clients per class.
Reformers have been moved to ensure a minimum 6 foot distance between clients.
Instructors will be sanitizing the studio, before and after each class.

Form is ideal if you’re new to Pilates or interest in working on body awareness and form because form can always be improved. We cover the basic principles of movement while still challenging your body.
Control takes your Pilates practice to the next level. This moves at a moderate to fast pace and will incorporate advanced and more challenging movements, while still focusing on basic principles.
Energy is a fast paced and athletic inspired class designed to challenge your regular Pilates practice. We will focus on fast movements and transitions to get your heart rate elevated.
Stretch slows it down and gives your body the attention it deserves. Strechy movements will help you restore and realign your body.
